Marketplace Health Insurance

The Health Insurance Marketplace helps uninsured people find health coverage. The Marketplace is a way to shop for health coverage with a single online source that will allow people to compare private health insurance plans side by side to determine the best coverage. Every health plan must include the same essential health benefits, including doctor visits, preventive care, hospitalization, prescriptions, and more. Plans can be compared base on price, benefits, quality, and other features. Tax credits, lower deductibles, co-payments, and other cost sharing amounts are all based on annual income. Access Healthcare.gov where you can apply or find more information on health insurance. You can also call the Marketplace Call Center at 800-318-2596 or 517-768-2093 for local resources to help you with your application.
