If the cost to provide health care exceeds 5% the parent is not responsible for providing insurance. If the amount exceeds 5% of your gross income, you must provide the Friend of the Court a copy of your pay stub and proof of the cost of the health care coverage from the employer or insurance company. Once the information is received, our enforcement staff will review the information and determine whether or not you must take your employer’s health plan.
