"Ex parte communication" is a direct or indirect communication on the substance of a pending case without the knowledge, presence, or consent of all parties involved in the matter. Ex parte communication is prohibited in legal proceedings.
Filing Paperwork or Contacting Judge
Judge Rappleye cannot read nor respond to a letter mailed, hand-delivered or emailed from a party regarding a case unless all interested persons to the action have received the same. If you are a party in an action and feel you need to bring an issue in front of the Judge, you will need to file the proper paperwork with the
