   RELAX: Alternatives to Anger Class with MSU Extension instructor Hanna. Mondays Nov. 18 - Dec 9 at 1:00 - 2:30 at the Crouch Senior Center. Call 768-8691 to register. RELAX helps caregivers and adults manage anger and stress, and develop the communication and problem solving skills needed for health relationships.
