Check with your township before applying for a well or soil evaluation to make sure a municipal system is not available. 

To have a well site evaluation and/or septic soil testing performed, you will need the following: 

• Completed Well Site Evaluation / Septic Soil Testing Application (Fillable) (PDF) including your 10 digit parcel identification number
• Boundary/Grid Drawing Site Evaluation Grid (blank) (PDF)of where you like to test (see Site Evaluation Grid Example (PDF))
• Your drawing should include: Lot lines, major structures, underground utilities, etc
  • Replacement systems: Need to mark where existing system currently is and the desired location for the new system.

  • we accept cash, credit or check

After you have applied and paid for your evaluation we will give you the phone number of your sanitarian. You will be responsible for calling and setting up an appointment to come out and conduct your evaluation. (All Soil Evaluations must have a back hoe and operator on site at time of appointment)
